Porto: Six Bridges Cruise

4.Six Bridges Cruise

★★★★★★★★★★4.2 · 11,680 reviews · 50 min · from $21

Spend 50 minutes on the Douro aboard a typical rabelo boat, sailing between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. You’ll see the six named bridges, including Dom Luís I and Maria Pia, while prerecorded commentary plays in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Arrive early for an outdoor seat and bring your QR code for boarding.

“It was a really nice way to view the areas surrounding the River Douro, including the bridges. Of which there are only 5 that you pass under on the boat, and the 6th you see from a distance. There is constant commentary throughout in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. You must remain seated while on the boat and it's advisable to arrive early for the booking in order to get an outdoor seat on the boat (we arrived just in the nick of time and had to sit inside which obscured the view slightly). The trip in total takes no more than an hour.”

Thanks so much Jose for the lovely day!”
